Do you have the perfect custom piece in mind? Let’s make it! With my expert team of artisans we will create your custom jewel. Here’s how the process works.
Step 1. Consultation: We start by you showing me inspiration photos of your ideal custom jewel and sharing your specific requirements and budget.
Step 2. Design Confirmation: From there I sketch your vision and make edits based on your feedback.
Step 3. Deposit: Once the design concept is approved I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to get started.
Step 4. Shipping: This step only applies if you are shipping anything of your own to me for the custom project (diamonds, etc). Clients pack their jewels to ship directly to my team. You are welcome to ship on your own or I am happy to provide a prepaid fully insured label through my shipping service and add that to the cost of the final
payment. Please note that clients are responsible for all shipping to and from my restoration team.
Step 5. Production: Over the course of 4-6 weeks my team of artisans will hand craft your jewel. You will be kept informed of the status and approximate date of completion throughout the process.
Step 6. Final Payment: Upon completion of the custom piece I require the remainder of the invoice be paid, including return and original shipping (if you shipped anything to me and you chose to use my label.)
Step 7. Return Shipping: Item will be shipped back to you.
